Kilwins in Fort Myers Beach

Not a good experience. The prices are insane. We ordered a single shake it was what I would consider a small. The price was almost 11 dollars. The shake was plain chocolate but was very bitter and the paper straw made it taste even worse! Will never go there again if this is what you get.

Try the peanut butter fudge first. I wish I had. It cost almost 8 bucks for a slice and it had almost no peanut butter flavor. It was sweet, the right color and a rip off. If I hadn't taken it home, I would have marched it right back to them. How can you mess up peanut butter ?

Ice cream and chocolate galore! They have every kind of ice cream you could imagine! The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. Wonderful place to sit and relax!

Loved my fudge that I bought! Peanut butter & chocolate! They offered my husband a free sample of a piece of candy!

I'm sure I would've liked the chocolate here had I actually been acknowledged by any of the 3 workers I saw. My sister and I stood in front of the chocolate counter for around 4 minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff (the store was not busy by any means, might I add). After being ignored for several minutes a man walked in front of us and was served within a minute of cutting us off. We left promptly.

Although my wife spilled her milkshake everywhere they still let us in the next day for more. Love it! It'll make you fat and happy.

Ice cream is good but don't order any coffee or hot chocolate

The staff was nice and let me try a a few flavors before ordering, I appreciated that! The prices are pretty high (about $10 for a milk shake) so might not be the best option with younger kids.

Oh my gosh, this place is to die for!!! When you get ice cream in a chocolate dipped cone, that is exACTLY what you get!! No disappointment here!! We have a Kilwin's back home in Historic St. Charles, Mo. I had never been to that one, but my daughter said, "It's like a little piece of home!" And the candy?? Oh my goodness! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great ice cream and good service

Three nights in Fort Myers and three stops for ice cream at Kilwins. Enjoyed three different flavors. My daughter enjoyed a caramel apple as well as ice cream. Fudge samples are excellent, but the ice cream is enough to satisfy.

Whenever I go to Fort Myers I always stop here for some fudge and icecream! They have amazing fudge I would recommend for anyone to go here!

The hot fudge sundae is out of this world. Also has delicious fudge and other goodies.

Oh my god. This place has the best ice cream (one scoop has a size of my fist) , the best fudge, the best waffle and the best pecan caramel apple. The staff is very friendlyand very helpful, you can always try something before you buy it. Location is very nice as well, we always enjoy our ice cream on the pier. It's a bit pricey but absolutely worth it

My friends and I stopped in at 10:30pm because it was the only ice cream place that stays open until 11pm, and we Heard they have great ice cream. I got a double scoop in a waffle bowl; toasted coconut was to die for, and praline was also great.

Went in tonight. Way overpriced. $10 for one regular shake. The shake was pretty tasty, though hard to drink. $33/lb for chocolates. So far I only tried one of the chocolates we got and it was so bad I haven't tried any of the others. The line was long, and one of the ladies working was pretty blunt/borderline rude to those in line.

The guy working was hilarious and friendly. Don't remember his name but he was going to Minnesota for vacation. You made our ice cream even more enjoyable!

Delectable, delicious ice cream and candies.Salted caramel vanilla had chunks of chocolate covered salted caramel mixed in the vanilla. SO yummy! Service with a smile.

Love this place... good humble people and very considerate. Oh and the icecream and coffe are to die for. They even gave our dog some water. We need more places like this. God bless you.

This has become our favorite night spot while on vacation. Fantastic ice cream and a wonderful outside sitting area to watch the local shows..

The ice cream is really good, the prices not so much we ordered two shakes and it was $28, after waiting in the line for 15 min the people working took the group behind us order first.

They have terrific fudge and ice cream. We had chocolate coconut ice cream and sampled the chocolate walnut fudge. Yummy!

I live on Ft. Myers Beach and had found a fudge place in N.C. that started my craving for fudge. When I returned to FMB, I volleyed for a parking place so I could walk a shorter distance to Kilwin’s for fudge! OMG.... that stuff is so old and crunchy on the top that I wondered about even eating it! I’m sorry, but I used to walk my granddaughters to Time’s Square for candy, but have to say I can’t believe the quality of products has fallen to such low levels! I will NOT spend the $$$ you charge for petrified fudge again.

Had one of their shakes and it was delicious. Hit the spot on a hot day. Would definitely go there again.

The best ice cream on fort Myers Beach, definitely a must see location even if you don't have a sweet tooth there's always free samples of fudge, caramel apples, and ice cream. Products are cooked right in front of you while you wait in line. Iconic location on the island!

Holy sugar high Batman! This place has it all to satisfy your sweet tooth and maintain that glucose high. If you are diabetic then stay away, if you can handle the sweets, bring it! Everything from chocolate covered strawberries, fudge, chocolate covered smores, chocolate covered oreos, and more....did I mentiontion the 50 plus flavors of icecream? Brimg some insulin!

I fell in love with this place! The customer service was superb with the older lady of blue eyes and dirty blonde hair. She was funny, kind, and most of all honest which is very much appreciate it. My Dad loved their chocolate mint chip ice cream. The chocolate covered Oreos, chocolate fudge, and peanut butter drizzled with chocolate corn flakes was AMAZINGLY delicious! It’s a bit pricey but is oh so worth it! 😋
